Mason with 28 years of real estate and marketing experience on the Gulf Coast, said, "Everyone understands that this has been a difficult market. I'm energized by the challenge."  He has managed all phases of sales, marketing, and design for a number of builder/developers which has resulted in more than 200 Parade of Homes Awards, as well as, several from the National Association of Home Builders. To include, "Best Design Center" & "Best Merchandised Model" in the $1 million to $2 million category.

Mason has been a member of the Home Builders Associations of Sarasota and Manatee Counties since 1985, and is past chairman of the sales & marketing council of both trade associations. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and a graduate of Villanova University.
