Since joining the EnergyStar program in November 2007, Lee Wetherington homes has certified 24 homes, ranking it #1 in the Sarasota/Manatee area.

Statewide, out of the 332 builders registered on the EnergyStar website, Lee Wetherington Homes ranks #35 in volume of certified homes.

EnergyStar Certified homes are rigorously inspected and tested throughout the construction process by an indepentent  licensed home energy inspector.  New EnergyStar homes use at least 23% less energy than a standard home built in or prior to 2008.
